NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-002851, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and HOLLY HONG, STEVE HONG, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A, WORLD TENNIS CLUB INC/ WTC NO THREE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 13th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 713, WORLD TENNIS CENTER NO.THREE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDINGTO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, OF RECORD IN O.R. BOOK 1502, PAGE 595 THROUGH 672,INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDES OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
