NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 7, 2011 and entered in CASE NO: 2010-CA-51227 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2005QA6, is the Plaintiff, and JOSEPH DEPALMA, ET Al., are the Defendant(s), i will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on the 13 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 15, BLOCK 60 OF FORT MYERS VILLAS, UNIT 4-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 113 AND 114, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
