TALI; STATE OF FLORIDA; LEE COUNTY; LEE COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT; CYPRESS LAKE ESTATES PHASE IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A MICHAEL SMITH are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 7 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
