Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 13 day of September, 2011, and entered in case No. 11-CC-003414 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein MARINER POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and DENNIS M. KULAK and DONNA M. KULAK is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of October, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit No. 1031, MARINER POINTE CONDOMINIUM, PHASE IV-A, a Condominium according the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 1185, Page 1394-1440, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
