NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 14 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-067352, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF MASTR A DJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2006-OA2 is the Plaintiff and TOMMY LEE BASS, JR A/K/A TOMMY LEE BASS; ROBBIN NADINE BAKER-BASS A/K/A ROBBIN NADINE BAKER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) #1;UNKNOWN TENANT (S) #2; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) #3; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) #4; IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 14 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 2 OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS BUSINESS CENTER, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 9 AND 10
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
