FRANCO JR; VERANDA IV AT FAIRWAY ISLES ASSOCIATION, INC; NANCY A. FRANCO; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
