NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 15 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-67646, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006- 17,ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-17 is the Plaintiff and ISAIAS E CISNEROS; CISNEROS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 17 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH HALF OF LOT 129 AND ALL OF LOT 130, BLOCK 4, RUSSELL PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
