Final Judgment was awarded on April 21, 2009 in Civil Case No.:08-CA-002779, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, 2006-BNC3 is the Plaintiff, and, LOUIS GARUTI; LEAH GARUTI; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on October 17, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Order of Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot(s) 41, 42, and the West 5 Feet of Lot 40, Block 4419, unit 63, Cape Coral subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 21, page(s) 48 through 81, inclusive, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
