NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 29, 2010, and entered in 08-CA-054717 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein BANKUNITED, FSB, is a Plaintiff and MARK A. HUNT, A MARRIED MAN, IF LIVING AND IF DECEASED, ANY UNKNOWN PARTY WHO CLAIM AS HEIR, DEVISEE, GRANTEE, ASSIGNEE, LIENOR, CREDITOR, TRUSTEE OR OTHER CLAIMANT, BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST MARK A. HUNT; TRACY D. HUNT, HIS WIFE; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE AND/OR ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, ET. AL., are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best on, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on October 17, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 11, OF THE FOREST UNIT II, A SUBDIVISION LYING IN SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
