NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on the 9 day of September, 2011, in Civil Action No. 11-CC-002143 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which COPPER OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and PAUL ROLANDO MASSARD, ROLANDO MASSARD, PATRICIA CANEM, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and UNKNOWN TENANT I N/K/A ALFREDO GANEM are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of October, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 81, Block B, COPPER OAKS, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 80, at Page 47, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
