NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed July 21, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-053774 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, As Trustee For The Holders of The Deutsche Alt-A Securities Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-OA4 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and Nora Schoultz are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, on February 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 60 FEET OF LOT 19 AND ALL OF 20, LESS THE SOUTH 100 FEET OF THE WEST 26.25 FEET THEREOF AND ALL OF LOT 21, BLOCK 1, WOODSIDE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
