notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 27, 2010 in case no: 2008-CA-016964 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein PNC MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COMMONWEALTH UNITED MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK, F/K/A NATIONAL CITY BANK OF INDIANA, is the Plaintiff and RENEE TAYLOR, LORENZO, and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendants. Charlie Green will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 3 day of November, 2011; the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 64, UNIT 8, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 43, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
