NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed the 16 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-070220, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and JERRY W CLARK A/K/A JERRY W CLARK JR, VICKIE J CLARK and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSIO OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Tthe Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 19 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 53 AND 54, BLOCK 68, UNIT 7, SAN CARLOS PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 315, PAGES 135 THROUGH 137, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
