FERNANDEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN BROKERS CONDUIT; WATERSIDE CUSTOM HOMES OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE L. FERNANDEZ N/K/A ROSA GARCIA; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
