NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 19 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10--CA-52058, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-14 ASSETBACKED SECURITIES 2006- 14 is the Plaintiff and DUWAINE E. NORMAN A/K/A DUWAINE NORMAN; TERRIE E. NORMAN A/K/A TERRIE NORMAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR SERVIE MORTGAGE UNDERWRTIERS, INC.; ROYAL GREENS AT GATEWAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 19 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1305, BUILDING 13, OF ROYAL GREENS AT GATEWAY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, THEREOF, AS RECORDED UNDER CLERK'S FILE NO. 200600154122 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANT THERETO, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMONE ELEMENTS OF THE SAID CONDOMINIUM.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
