NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Filed the 16 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-51505, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and REYNALDO GUTIERREZ, JR.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, NA; VILLAGEWALK OF BONITA SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MARGARET GUTIERREZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 17 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
