Unit B-1 of Lochmoor Villas Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1520, Page 287, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements. At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on October 20, 2011. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
