At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. At the Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe St., 2nd Floor Civil Office Lobby Ft Myers, FL 33901, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on October 25, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus PROCEEDS from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 Days after the sale.
