TODD SWANEY, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST TODD SWANEY, IF ANY; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 20 day of September, 2011, and entered in case No. 11-CC-003530 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein
THE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and TODD SWANEY is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of October, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 408, Building 2, along with use of Parking Space No. H/6, THE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 1411, Pages 1262 through 1332, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
