NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed September 20, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-054379, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida.
CREDIT BASED ASSET SERVICING AND SECURITIZATION LLC is Plaintiff and BRENDA A. JASILEWICZ; GREGORY R. PRZYBYLA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 20 day of October, 2011, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions at 9:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID FRACTION OF A SECTION FOR 150.0 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID FRACTION OF A SECTION FOR 340.5 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH PARALLEL TO THE SAID EAST LINE OF SAID FRACTION OF A SECTION FOR 150.0 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID FRACTION OF A SECTION; THENCE EAST ALONG SAID NORTH LINE FOR 340.5 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
