NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment entered in this cause on September 19, 2011, in Case No. 2011-CA-051341, in the Circuit Court, in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, STEPHEN P. LAMPE, AS TRUST ADMINISTRATOR, OF THE THOMAS J. AND PRISCILLA LACHANCE MARITAL TRUST (as to an undivided 50% interest) and STEPHEN P. LAMPE, AS TRUST ADMINISTRATOR, OF THE THOMAS J. AND PRISCILLA LACHANCE RESIDUAL TRUST (as to an undivided 50% interest), said Trusts both being SURVIVORS OF THE THOMAS J. AND PRISCILLA LACHANCE REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MAY 26, 1993, AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3832, PAGE 4159, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, are the Plaintiffs, and HAMILTON JAMES, INC., a Florida Corporation; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION, DIVISION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND TOBACCO; and STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are the Defendants, I will sell, pursuant to the terms of said Summary Final Judgment, to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at http://www.lee.realforeclose.com, on the 19 day of October, 2011, at 9:00 a.m., the following described property located in LEE County, Florida, to-wit:
