NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Order Re-Setting the Foreclosure filed September 19, 2011, and entered in 36-2009-CA-063096- of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein wells fargo bank, national association, trustee for the certificateholders sarm 2007-3, is the Plaintiff and eduardo j. hirsch a/k/a eduardo hirsch; carin m. hirsch a/k/a carin hirsch; prosperity point master association, inc.; ae grand isle, llc, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION, grande isles towers iii and iv condominium association, inc. are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on October 19 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 503, PHASE II, GRANDE ISLE TOWERS III & IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4673, PAGE 4060 THROUGH 4144, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUTNY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
