NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 21 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-058931, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and YESENIA CRUZ; NELSON N. MATEO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORRATED AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 21 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTs 15 and 16, block 2035, unit 31 of cape coral subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 14 page(s) 149 through 165, of the PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
