NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 20 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-068223, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the bank of new york mellon fka the bank of new york as successor to jp morgan chase bank, n.a. as trustee for holders of sami ii 2006- ar6,mtg pass-through certs,series 2006-ar6 is the Plaintiff and diana p. martinez a/k/a diana martinez, jose martinez, mortgage electronic registration systems incorporated as a nominee for america's wholesale lender, the carriage homes at bell tower park condominium association, inc and unknown tenant (s); in possession of the subject property are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 20 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit no. 202, building 100, the carriage homes at bell tower park, a condominium, as per the declaration of condominium recorded in o. r. book. 4031, page 981, as amended, of the public records of lee county, florida. together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
