NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 20 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-50734, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein federal national mortgage association is the Plaintiff pursuant to that Court Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Substitute Party Plaintiff from Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., and susan e. colgan a/k/a susan colgan; coach homes v at moody river estates condominium assocation, inc; mark c. colgan a/k/a mark colgan; john doe; jane doe as unknown tenant(s) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 20 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit 1202, building 12, coach homes v at mody river estates, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium, recorded in official record instrument# 2005000179171, and amendment recorded in official record instrument# 2005000190663, and a thereafter amended in the public records of lee county, florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
