NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 22 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-53641, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and ROBERT N. WINFIELD A/K/A ROBERT WINFIELD; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; PATRICIA WINFIELD; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 24 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 37, BLOCK 3, UNIT 1, SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 161 THROUGH 176, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
