NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 22 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-55770, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSR 2007-OA1 is the Plaintiff and ROSEMARY A RICHARDSON, D. STOUT, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 917-30-1103 CORAL TRUST, A LAND TRUST and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 24 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 67 AND LOT 68, BLOCK 4793, UNIT 71, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 88 THROUGH 107, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
