NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 22 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-57307, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-7 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and ROSALVA PEREZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSALVA PEREZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 24 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Being a portion of Lots 33 and 34, San Carlos Grove Tract, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 75, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, which lot or parcel is described as follows: From the Northwest corner of Lot 5, Block 32, Unit No. 6 SAN CARLOS PARK, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 8 and 9, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, run North 1Ëš16'20” West along a Northerly prolongation of the West line of said Lot 5 for 320 feet; thence run South 88Ëš43'20” West for 120 feet to the Point of Beginning continue South 88Ëš43'40” West for 80 feet; thence run North 1Ëš16'20” West for 135 feet; thence run North 88Ëš43'40” East for 80 feet; thence run South 1Ëš16'20” East for 135 feet to the Point of Beginning.
