NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 15, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-014810 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and SCOTT KROLL; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SCOTT KROLL; and JOHN DOE A/K/A DANIEL SMITH; and JANE DOE A/K/A NICOLE BALL the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on the 17 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
