Final Judgment was awarded on January 8, 2010 in Civil Case No.: 36-2009-CA-053969, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUSTE 2004-10AR is the Plaintiff and WENDY M. SWANSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WENDY M. SWANSON IF ANY; SUNTRUST BANK; COSMO DESIGN, INC. F/K/A PENGUIN POOLS, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants. The clerk of the court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on October 14, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 52, LAKE SAN CARLOS, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 69 AND 70, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
