The Westerly 600.0 feet of the South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 12, Township 45 South, Range 24 East, LESS road right-of-way on the West for Tamiami Trail (State Road 45) AND LESS that certain tract or parcel of land as described by deed recorded in Deed Book 260, Page 563, Beacon Manor Road as described by deed recorded in Official Records Book 38, Page 599; intersection right-of-way of Beacon Manor Road and Tamiami Trail as recorded in Official Records Book 210, at Page 87, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
