Final Judgment was awarded on December 4, 2009 in Civil Case No.: 07-CA-8308, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CSFB ARMT 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and LAZARO GONZALEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAZARO GONZALEZ IF ANY; TAMMI S. REYES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JANE DOE N/K/A YOHANYS GONZALEZ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on October 17, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said of Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 6023, UNIT 95, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 40 THROUGH 44, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
