Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Jugment of Foreclosure entered in the Case No. 09-CA-060985, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, that I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on October 17, 2011, beginning at 9:00 am, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, and in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property:
Lot 22, Block B, Stoneybrook at Gateway, Unit 3, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 80, Page 51, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
