NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 9, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-020678 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, Plaintiff and Patrick W. Brown and Mary Brown are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 24, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 35 FEET OF LOT 12, BLOCK 13, BILTMORE TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
