NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-002672-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for NATIXIS Real Estate Capital Trust 2007-HE2, Plaintiff and Janie Dicapo-Oliver and Timothy Oliver, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 4, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 7, WASHINGTON TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
