NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Final Judgment, dated September 20, 2011 in Case No. 2010-CA-010585XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NORTHERN TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, FORMERLY KNOWN AS NORTHERN TRUST BANK OF FLORIDA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES HULLUM, IF ANY; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST JAMES HULLUM (HEREINAFTER “DECEDENT”); HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, AND CREDITORS OF DECEDENT, AND ALL UNKNOWN NATURAL PERSONS, IF ALIVE, AND IF DEAD OR NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, THEIR SEVERAL AND RESPECTIVE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, AND CREDITORS, OR OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH OR UNDER THOSE UNKNOWN NATURAL PERSONS; AND, THE SEVERAL AND RESPECTIVE UNKNOWN ASSIGNS, SUCCESSORS-IN-INTEREST, TRUSTEES, OR ANY OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH OR UNDER THOSE UNKNOWN NATURAL PERSONS; AND, THE SEVERAL AND RESPECTIVE UNKNOWN ASSIGNS, SUCCESSORS-IN-INTEREST, TRUSTEES, OR NY OTHER PERSON CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ANY CORPORATION OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY NAMED AS A DEFENDANT; AND ALL AND ALL CLAIMANTS, PERSONS OR PARTIES, NATURAL OR CORPORATE, OR WHOSE EXACT LEGAL STATUS IS UNKNOWN CLAIMING UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE NAMED OR DESCRIBED DECEDENT OR PARTIES OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN AND TO THE LANDS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED; UNKNOWN PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JAMES HULLUM; CITY OF ST.
