NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 1, 2011 entered in Case No. 10-12066-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein COVE CAY VILLAGE IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and LANE MCCUNE and DIANE MCCUNE are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Pinellas Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 28, 2011 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 6D, Building 1, COVE CAY VILLAGE IV, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Record Book 4993, Page 1579, as amended from time to time, and as per plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 7351, Page 314, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
