Unit 18, Building N, of Town Apartments North, Inc., No. 10, a Condominium according to Condominium Plat Book 1, Pages 69 through 70, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2538, Page 434 through 486, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all recorded and unrecorded amendments thereto. Together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
