Notice is given that pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2011 entered in Case No. 10-12753 CI-07 of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, in which Regions Bank is the Plaintiff and Noble Camp Doss and Almena Fletcher Doss are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 1st day of November, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure:

BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO NOBLE C. DOSS AND ALMENA F. DOSS, HUSBAND AND WIFE BY DEED FROM ADELE A. CALDWELL, JOINED BY R.W. CALDWELL, JR., HER HUSBAND RECORDED 11/04/1950 IN DEED BOOK 1029 PAGE 423, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS.
