NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-012519 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-4, Plaintiff, and, HOMER E. SHAWLEY A/K/A HOMER SHAWLEY, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 25th day of October, 2011, the following described property:
THE EAST 1/2 OF LOTS 18, 19, AND 20, BLOCK 5, FORTUNA PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
