NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 08017366CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-2, Plaintiff, and, SALVATO, FRANCES M., et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 27th day of October, 2011, the following described property:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT C-1605, BUILDING 16, PHASE II, HAMMOCK PINE VILLAGE III, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS , ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 6133, PAGE 2313, ET. SEQ., AND THE AMENDMENT THERETO RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 7278, PAGE 38, ET. SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE FILED OF RECORD; AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 88, PAGES 106 THROUGH 111 INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
