Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated September 12, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 11-003551-CI-7, in the CIRCUIT COURT Court for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein ISLAND CLUB OF TARPON SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and KRISTIN CEPPALUNI, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Unit 5, Building A, Phase I, ISLAND CLUB OF TARPON SPRINGS, A CONDOMINIUM, according to Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 76, pages 75 to 88 inclusive and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5768, page 955, Amendments thereto recorded in O.R. Book 5808, page 694, and O.R. Book 6431, page 2071, and any other amendments thereto, public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 1st day of November, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
