NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Florida Statute §715.109, Gateway MHP, Ltd., d/b/a Gateway Mobile Home Park will offer for public sale the following:
1962 “WHIT” Mobile Home,
Title #1564794 and VIN #7474
And on the 18th day of October, 2011, at 10998 First Lane North, Lot 36, St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon after as possible, the landlord will offer for sale “AS IS” “WHERE IS” the aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to ownership rights, liens and security interests which have priority by law, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs of storage, advertising and sale, due and owing the landlord. The names and addresses of the former tenants are Claude Berube, Jeannine Berube, Joseph Aloysius Berube, Doris T. Berube, 10998 First Lane North, Lot 36, St. Petersburg, FL 33716-3239 and Claude Berube, 9412 New York Ave., Lot 290, Hudson, FL 34667-3430.
