NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 15th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-014630, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP. 2005-OPT2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT2 is Plaintiff and XAY XIONG; RENEE M. XIONG; YING XIONG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YING XIONG; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15 IN BLOCK 7 OF VIRGINIA GROVES ESTATES FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 41 THROUGH 43, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
