NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated September 29, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-018572-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Trust Series INABS 2006-D, Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series INABS 2006-D under the Pooling and Servicing agreement dated September 1, 2006, Plaintiff and D. Bort, as Trustee and not personally under the provisions of a trust agreement dated July 29, 2009, known as 5935 Townsel Residential Trust of Florida are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on January 27, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 55, MCKEE LAKE ESTATES 2ND, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
