YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, RREF SNV-FL, LLC, seeking foreclosure of the following real property located in Pinellas County, Florida:
Parcel 1:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 92, PLAN OF NORTH ST. PETERSBURG, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 64, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Parcel 2:
Unit No. 101, FOURTH STREET NORTH, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 16326, Page 1583-1634, according to the Condominium Plat Book 154, Pages 21-25, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements as described in said Declaration, appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with and subject, however, to all of the provisions of the said Declaration of Condominium of FOURTH STREET NORTH, A CONDOMINIUM.
Parcel 3:
Unit No. 102, FOURTH STREET NORTH, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 16326, Page 1583-1634, according Condominium Plat Book 154, Pages 21-25, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements as described in said Declaration, appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with and subject, however, to all of the provisions of the said Declaration of Condominium of FOURTH STREET NORTH, a Condominium.
against you, and you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to L. Geoffrey Young, Esquire and/or Quinn A. Henderson, Esquire, Plaintiff's attorneys, Adams and Reese LLP, 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the date of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
