NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 31, 2011 and entered in Case No. 08-012108-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CLMTI 2006-WF1 is the Plaintiff and ROBERT SALAZAR; IMPERIAL OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on October 17, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 201, BUILDING NO. E, IMPERIAL OAKS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 110 THROUGH 111, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4980, PAGES 1953 TO 1993, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT IN O.R. BOOK 5008, PAGE 364 (BUILDING E) OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
