NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated September 20, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-018968-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, in Trust for the Registered Holders of Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-8, Plaintiff and Robert W. Malo are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on November 4, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 64, CRESTRIDGE, 5TH ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
