NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 1, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-5153-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE GARDENS OF FOREST LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and JORGE PULEX is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 14, 2011 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit B, Building 17, of THE GARDENS OF FOREST LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 6084, Page 683, and all its attachments and amendments thereto, and in Condominium Plat Book 87, Page 41 through 48, inclusive, all in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
