NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 21, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-10129-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Yorktown at Beacon Place Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Patricia S. Brown is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on November 18, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
No. 49-D, YORKTOWN AT BEACON PLACE, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 51, Pages 16 to 19 inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5198, Page 1455, as Clerk's Instrument No. 81085614, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
